GCT–Norway Leadership

“Guided by Values, Driven by People”

The GCT–Norway headquarters operates under a National Executive Board, entrusted with governance, oversight, and strategic coordination of all national and regional programs. The Board functions within the framework of GCT International, working in direct alignment with the World Governing Assembly.

GCT–Norway’s leadership comprises individuals with diverse expertise in intercultural dialogue, civic engagement, education, youth empowerment, and peacebuilding. Each member brings both local insight and global perspective, working as a committed family to ensure that our programs remain rooted in community realities while upholding national, regional and international standards.

The National Executive Board currently includes representation from multiple regions across Norway, with plans actively underway to achieve full national inclusivity as the organisation grows. This structure ensures broad-based participation, legitimacy, and the capacity to respond to Norway’s evolving community needs.
